JuiceMetrIQs™ training curriculum provides users of the application the necessary skills to produce results. Training is part of the Installation and Education offering, and is intended for those project team members who are responsible for accessing the application. The program consists of three phases including online demonstrations, classroom instruction, and individual coaching. Juice Media's project management and client services departments work together to design customized training programs for each client. The program includes training schedules, client objectives, and any recommendations regarding additional training sessions.

Each customer is assigned a client services consultant that will conduct the trainings and act as a guide throughout the process.


Phase 1 – Online Demonstration

The initial application training is a high-level demonstration of the complete functionality of the application. This is conducted via webinar.


Phase 2

We offer initial project team training at our headquarters in San Diego. This training is offered in separate components grouped by the application areas addressed by the JuiceMetrIQs™ Marketing 2.0 suite so the attendees are learning only those parts of the application that they will be using.

Workshops are conducted after classroom training. During these group sessions, users work individually or in teams using the live JuiceMetrIQs™ Marketing system. Each workshop has a defined topic and is led by a training professional. Practice examples are used, when needed, to review concepts and processes. At the conclusion of the workshops, users have input initial work into the system and now have their own as well as colleagues' data to reference as they continue using JuiceMetrIQs™ Marketing.

Desk-side coaching is also offered to provide on-the-job training for JuiceMetrIQs™ Marketing users. Desk-side coaching provides a hands-on session with a training professional who will guide the JuiceMetrIQs™ user through the everyday processes of JuiceMetrIQs™ Marketing while on the job. This individual coaching is based on the classroom training and assessment of a user's responsibilities. Specific goals and objectives are set for each coaching session and at the close of each session the coach provides suggestions and tips to enable the user to get the most utility out of the applications. When appropriate, a coach will also set up additional sessions to review skills and evaluate progress. The desk-side coaching schedule will be circulated during classroom training to ensure that each person has an opportunity for desk-side coaching. We encourage our customers' "power users" to attend coaching sessions to develop in-house JuiceMetrIQs™ Marketing expertise.
